Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
Prize draws are promoted by Fighting High Publishing Ltd (“Fighting High”).
2. Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion, Fighting High prize draws are open to persons aged 18 or over.
Employees of Fighting High Publishing Ltd and anyone directly involved in administering a prize draw are not eligible to enter.
3. How to enter
No purchase is necessary to enter a Fighting High prize draw.
Where a promotion is associated with the Fighting High mailing list, all eligible subscribers to the mailing list at the stated closing date will automatically be entered.
Anyone wishing to enter such a draw without subscribing to the Fighting High mailing list may enter free of charge using the alternative entry method specified in the individual promotion.
Only one entry per person will be accepted unless otherwise stated.
4. Closing date
The closing date and time for each prize draw will be clearly stated in the individual promotion. Entries received after the closing date will not be included.
5. Prizes
The prize or prizes available, including the number of prizes and winners, will be stated in the individual promotion.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless Fighting High determines otherwise.
6. Selection of winners
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
7. Notification of winners
Winners will be contacted using the contact information supplied with their entry.
Fighting High will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Fighting High reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Delivery of prizes
Where a prize requires delivery, Fighting High will contact the winner to obtain the necessary postal address.
Any geographical restrictions applying to delivery of a particular prize will be stated in the individual promotion.
9. Personal information
Personal information supplied in connection with a prize draw will be used for the administration of the promotion, including contacting winners and delivering prizes where applicable.
Where a person has subscribed to the Fighting High mailing list, their information will also be used to send Fighting High marketing communications. Subscribers may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Anyone entering through an alternative free-entry method will not be added to the Fighting High marketing list unless they separately choose to subscribe.
10. General
Fighting High reserves the right to verify entries and to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
If circumstances beyond Fighting High's reasonable control make it necessary to do so, Fighting High reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw a promotion, provided that this is done fairly and does not unnecessarily disadvantage participants.
Fighting High's decision regarding the administration of a prize draw and the selection of winners is final.
These terms and conditions and all Fighting High prize draws are governed by English law.
